November 2nd Tree Planting Site Preparation 8:30 AM

Spray Paint Day

Groups of 2 persons each will be marking the tree planting locations with spray paint.

Volunteers are needed to help prepare the site the week prior to the big event that is happening Nov. 6th. Please join us on November 2nd with the task of marking the locations where trees will be planted. The locations have been planned with a map, and that information will be shared with you when you arrive.

City staff may be on site earlier than 8:30 am. The end time is until whenever the preparation is complete. Even if you have 2 hours to help as a volunteer, we would be appreciate of any assistance you can provide. This activity is intended for adult participation since it is a school day and there will be some heavy equipment moving around on the site.

Please bring your signed waiver.

Parking is the street at the 798 block of Stewart Rd. (NW corner of Hwy 5 and Stewart Rd. in East McKinney)
