What: McKinney Parks Foundation Community Center Trail Cleanup
When: Saturday, May 19th, 8:00AM to 11:00AM
Where: McKinney Community Center, 2001 S Central Expy, McKinney, TX 75070
What are we doing: The natural trails surrounding the Community Center are in need of clean up and trimming. In partnership with the Parks and Recreation Department, we will be cleaning and removing fallen trees, branches, as well as using loppers and shears to trim back the early spring growth.
What do I need to wear: Please wear long pants, long sleeve shirts, a hat, and bring gloves. Closed toes shoes must be worn.
What do I need to bring: Only fluids to keep yourself hydrated along with your preferred insect repellent. The McKinney Parks Foundation will supply tools, a waiver, and the initial safety discussion at the start of the event.

Since the McKinney Parks Foundation is a registered Texas non-profit, all volunteer hours will be considered credible volunteer hours, and if you are in need of certifications for those hours, please bring your forms to the event.
